Starting fluid (Diethyl ether).
Diethyl ether has a long history as a medical anesthetic
Has no lubricating properties. Call B.S also

By fogging the motor I meant watch the video, they "Fog" the motor all around the outside with interesting results.

The explosion shot smoke out behind the motor. No flame observed. Just happened to have a camera boat focused on them. Spraying around the spark plugs, not the intake. Electric trolling motor working fine.
