Isn't that what the welfare state is all about? Bribing criminals or would be criminals just enough to try to keep them from stealing outright? Ask for $1000, get $750. Idiotic on both sides.

Is that the cost of a vote these days? You give these criminals money. They need to steal less. The crime rate is artificially lowered. You take credit for lower crime rates. You continue to get the vote of the criminal.

I kind of thought that was the idea of welfare and subsidized living. I guess only one side is holding up their end of the deal!

So this guy thinks that if you give the criminal $1000/mo he will then stop doing criminal things????

95% of crimes involve no one getting caught. Criminals can do the odds. Pocket the grand and carry on.

We already give the criminals money. It comes out of our paychecks every week or two.
