Default what happened at Texas pool party ..more details coming out..

Interesting read as more information is coming out.

So basically the "promotor" of the pool party was allowed 4 guests...but over 100 showed up/crashed ..

Yea, this info was out yesterday, but I don't think any mainstream outlets picked up on it (on purpose, I believe).

I would be really pissed if someone through a party at a pool I pay an expensive HOA for.

I hope the residents sue the homeowner for loss of value.

And we wonder why the PoPo are turning their backs and ignoring some of this nonsense in other places around the country.

I don't. Let the people get what they want, no enforcement of less than major crimes.

Wonder how long it took them to write 100 trespass citations?

Does anybody but the media really care about this non story? I mean how many parties are broken up by police every night during summer? How many result in excessive use of force? Most.

Why wasn't that black girl arrested for Resisting Arrest?

Also, the Chief of Police totally threw that Officer under the bus.

Really? Tell us which hand you used to pull out that little nugget of info.

Here's what little roid-rage man's boss had to say about things:

Greg Conley, the Police Chief of McKinney, Texas
held a press conference Tuesday in which he called the actions of Officer David Eric Casebolt "indefensible."
Casebolt was resigning from the force around the time the news conference was held.
"He came into the call out of control, and as the video shows, was out of control during the incident. I had 12 officers on the scene, and 11 of them performed according to their training," said Conley.

Maybe he's mad because he's the shortest person at the party?

I heard he was first on the scene...and he happened to holster his weapon after other officers appear in the video...which leads me to believe his boss is using him as a scapegoat for nothing.

The cop did what he had to...when he had to.

Not a fan of a lot of cops, but I'm also not a fan of savages running around acting like, well, savages.

Sad that it takes the Dailymail form UK to do some detailed reporting. Stateside outlets just following the 'agenda". Shame.

I think its funny how people are saying the police were called because they were black and not because hundreds of teens showed up at a private pool including a DJ.

He holsters his weapon after the white guy that came up on him making him pull it out ran off. To me there are 2 separate aspects. First, was he too aggressive with the girl resisting arrest and second whether he should have pulled his weapon. The first you can definitely argue. However I have no issue with him drawing his gun. He was down on the ground trying to control the girl and that guy runs up on him almost behind him while from the officers angle would appear to be reaching behind his back. What was the officer supposed to do? He has no idea in that second what that guys intentions are. He could be reaching do a weapon that we see from the camera angle he doesnt have but that's an angle the cop in the moment didn't have. He could b me coming in to tackle the officer or go for his gun. The officer was in a vulnerable position. He pulled the gun, the fun ran off and within seconds he re holsters his weapon. No issue there with me. Want to say he was rough with the girl? Fine. But all this "pulls gun on terms at pool party" is a bunch of wildly misleading BS.

I think Dailymail took what Conservative Treehouse put up yesterday...but do wish the MSM here would actually do their damn jobs.

The Chief is a complete douche, with zero effective ability to lead. He is reacting simply out of fear of backlash from the community - sacrificing one for the greater good of the whole.
