Default Phase I of Renovation at Big Game Club Completed

Bimini Big Game Club Resort & Marina Completes Phase I of a $5.6 Million Renovation

Featuring a new family-sized pool, two completely re-built docks at the 75-slip marina, and several improvements to the boutique resorts’ 51-rooms, the popular Bimini Big Game Club Resort & Marina is looking forward to a very busy summer season.

Phase I of the renovation program entailed demolition of the existing pool and rebuilding a brand new, larger pool (44’ by 60’), updating for the 75-slip marina (docks A and B), and several other capital improvements to the property, including landscaping for the entire resort, painting interiors and exteriors, and new windows, sliding glass doors and ceiling tiles.

Resort owner Southern California-based Hankey Group of Companies said a second phase of work will be completed in the fall, including a C Dock re-build.

Was there a few weeks ago, was a ghost town compared to the place down the street. Is what it is.

Wow, that is incredible progress for the islands. I was there in April and saw the pool bulldozed, I gave them zero chance of finishing it for the summer, clearly I was wrong, great for them

another "congrats" to ownership and management on a great job!

I have been through a few times in the past month or so and also did not give it much of a chance to be complete...I was wrong and admit it!

I also understand that every room and slip is sold out this weekend....
