Default Best iPhone/ipad spreadsheet app?

I have Numbers on my ipad, don't love it.

Is there a better way? Preferably cheap.

Will be mostly used on phone for tracking workouts. I just started a new (and long and complicated) routine and the old back of the hand trick isn't going to cut it.

I'm as pro-Apple as they come and I would never use Numbers. I've no experience with Excel as an app, but I'd always go with it.

I love excel, I use it constantly for work. Didn't realize it was an app.

Libre Office is a free alternative to MS Office and works well on Apple systems.

Downloaded excel. Its free and works well. Much more intuitive than numbers.

I'm not that old, but certain stuff is just better on a PC than a phone screen.
