Default Adding one to the fleet, how many is too many?

Looks like we will have an addition to the family begining of next week. I'm going up monday to pick up a Sea Pro 206 CC for my brother, pending sea trial. This will bring us up to a total of 5 registered watercraft for the family. Currently the fleet is stacked up as follows:

2000 McKee Craft Pulse 1800 (mine)
2001 War Eagle jon boat (little brothers)
1999 Regal 1800 Bow Rider (pos of my parents that I keep telling them to sell & replace with a pontoon)
1996 Seadoo GTX that was recently repowered.

& pending, 2004 Sea Pro 206?

Think that's enough?

For the last 15 years or so, we have had 2 boats,up until 2 summers ago.So now I am missing having a small boat again. This summer we will add a 26' Southport to keep the Hatteras company.

My philosophy is: once you reach fleet status, it's time to start thinking "armada".

how do you define armada? is that having a fleet of armed vessles? If so, that's covered quite well.

I only wish I could have more then one boat, I just don't have the room to put them.
I'd love to have another 14' car topper w/ 9.8, a 16/17' motor boat w/ 75 or 90 on the back and another 17' canoe. So that would have my personal count at four boats. Oh and I'd probably change out my 24' Grew for something in the 26' range.

16' "Sabre", dad's, for sale
17' "Shamrock" mine
24' "grumman" pontoon, mine
93 seadoo gtx, mine

My "fleet" has never exceeded 3 and usually one of them was for sale after the purchase of a newer replacement. Being a part time guide I need to have something for bigger waters as well as something to go where the big one won't. The one that takes most of the abuse is the Little Boat, a 16' aluminum flat bottom with a 25 Merc 4 stroke BigFoot.

I've got a 28' cabin cruiser, 19 cape horn, 18 bayboat, I really need a 14 aluminum lake boat, and I want to build the 24' cat.

I have a very patient wife who deserves the title of Admiral.

Currently I'm working with an 04 Scout 185SF , 02 G3 1860CC and a 02
Tracker panfish 16.

Trouble is I don't have time to give them all the love they need!

Auto, Did you get the McKee riged for the Stripers?

I am going out in the AM. to try to get the limit on Murray.

I haven't gotten it rigged out yet, which was sickening this morning when I came out of my cove & saw many boats bringing them in no more than 500 yards from my dock. Oh well, we went down to dano's & ate some wings, got there by water of course. I am now in the OBX to pick up the new rig, sea trial in the am followed by a long ride home.

Ok, now if we add uncles into the mix, the fleet is very large, between my 2 uncles who are on the same lake we can add the following.

uncle 1:
1990 Baja 186 SVR, 1995 Mercury Black Max EFI 200
1988 Carolina Skiff J14, 2002 Yamaha 25 2 stroke
1994 Suncruiser pontoon w/ hardtop & full enclosure, '98 evinzuke 70 4 strk.
1990 Sea Doo SP, heavily modified
year unknown Prindle Cat 16'

Uncle 2:
2002 BW Montauk, 2002 Mercury 90 4 stroke
Numerous Kayaks & other paddle powered boats
planning to add a blow boat in the near future
