You responded to yourself. Gotta admit it was really fast though.

Yes but I consider punching that cop as justified. The other three officers did not see it the same way. And also the reason I don't drink Jamesons anymore.

By arrested, do mean handcuffed?

I refuse to answer, on the grounds it may incriminate me.

Once. Poured a beer on a cop from a balcony at St Patty's day in Savannah.

Turns out, they don't really like that too much. Being underage was just frosting on the donut!

Great story. I AM NOT PICKING ON YOU...

Paddy. St. Paddy's Day.

It's a common mistake in the USA. Patty is a woman. Paddy is a man. St. Paddy's Day.

You never been to Savannah for the fiesta. Don't care how you English Kin-niggits spell it.

Yes, and I would resist arrest again if I was in the same predicament... Not booked or charged, but they took my shoe laces and belt...

Well, **** it, you lot define it then!

I've been arrested. I've also been detained. When they give you a piece of paper that says you have been arrested for these reasons...what is that called? That's what I consider arrested. No paper, no arrest. No arraignment, no arrest.

Edit: Actually, now...hold on...

Give me a minute.

I have been put in a cell overnight on two separate occasions, perhaps three, and not had anything come of it either time...and I consider those "arrests".

Hmmmm.....

Overnight stay? Should we go with that?
