The Game Is Rigged: Why Americans Keep Losing to the Police State

I think I have posted enough liberty stuff to avoid the "liberal" label now so here goes.

The system feeds on the poor and the mentally ill , period.

Nobody that feels for other people can justify the sociopathic make a profit mass incarceration system.

I give people a free pass here that do cause they have never seen it close up.

Try working in a mental health crisis unit when people destroyed by this system come in after swallowing bottles of pills, cut up wrists , rope marks on there necks.

2.2 million in cages and millions more stuck in the probation extortion racket.

USA is a police state.

I admit it. I made a mistake.

I said nitwit.

I meant half wit.

Off by a syllable.

Isn't the United States a nation? How can we be a police "state"? Just curious

In a state of police? Many police states -- plural?

He doesn't want her in trouble but they won't back off and drop it for some reason $$$$.

I looked up the number for the DA and told him to call up and say that they really enjoy make up sex and the neighbor interrupted their foreplay. DUI on a bicycle ? For .09 BAC !

Problem is these "kids" today are stupid and intimidated. The public pretender said better to just plead guilty, agree to probation $ with drug and alcohol testing $$ and driver license suspension $$$ and some classes $$$$ to get the snowball effect started right away.

I need to call that guy but it's just going to p---- me off when I hear how and how much they extorted from his girlfriend cause I am pretty sure he didn't listen to me.

I should get off the computer and talk to "real life" friends. Will post how it turned out.

It is entirely about one thing and one thing only: Money.

From the PBA to the Judges. Read up on this guy: Mark Ciavarella Jr

It happens all the time. Do you have any idea how many NJ State Troopers made grade by "dropping a dime" (bag) in some poor kid's car? Too many. The kid's life is ruined and The Trooper is set for life.

Maybe, Maybe not there is so much convincing information available I'm actually left wondering just how bad it really is....

Cop Reveals That “Planting Evidence And Lying” Are Just “Part Of The Game”

“I have a method for getting people off the street that should not be there. Mouthy drivers, street lawyers, assholes and just anyone else trying to make my job difficult. Under my floor mat, I keep a small plastic dime baggie with Cocaine in residue. Since it’s just residue, if it is ever found during a search of my car like during an inspection, it’s easy enough to explain. It must have stuck to my foot while walking through San Castle. Anyways, no one’s going to question an empty baggie. The residue is the key because you can fully charge some asshole with possession of cocaine, heroin, or whatever just with the residue. How to get it done? “I asked Mr. DOE for his identification. And he pulled out his wallet, I observed a small plastic baggie fall out of his pocket…” You get the idea. easy, right? Best part is, those baggies can be found lots of places so you can always be ready. Don’t forget to wipe the baggie on the person’s skin after you arrest them because you want their DNA on the bag if they say you planted it or fight it in court.”

Scooter... I could write a book on LEO and NJ Government. The crap you see in the news is absolutely nothing. When you read about some NJ moron dropping $20 worth of dope on some poor slob on parole... what you're not reading about are the 100 people that he did it to before and all the "awards" he got for doing it!

The guy that you see stealing $1M worth of quarters from parking meters... LOL... that's chump change compared to the $10s of Millions that same scumbag's friend stole when he was tax collector... Never mind the millions he got paid along with the tax assessor for artificially low assessments.

Troopers would do a legit pinch on some street dealer... and then drop it in the car of some poor bastard on the Parkway... he's get two for one. It's horrible.

You get pulled over in NJ and you roll down your window for a trooper... it's like playing Russian Roulette with your future.

Pete,

While I do have respect for you, I just dont see a dime bag arrest making any officer's career (and dont think I am OK with ANY LEO breaking the law). I also am not gonna say it has never happened because it has but those issues thankfully are few today ..

Believe what you want, but in 20 years on the road, I've never planted evidence nor witnessed another cop plant evidence. If I had I would immediately report it. I've filed reports on others officers in the past and I'll do it again if the need arises.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, I work in a smallish town with a 65 officer department in the town I grew up in, attended school at and chose to built my life. My family lives here, my son will go to school here, all the friends Ive ever had live here. You truly think I'm going to risk all of that for some BS arrest that will get continued (dismissed) at court tomorrow morning? I don't think so.

Some cops are worse than those they arrest, but, it truly is a small percentage. I know for a fact, if anyone I worked with planted evidence and it was learned about by our administration they'd be fired immediately, without question.

Even though I think the trend is to make everywhere outside like a jail too.

But george Orwell never saw youtube and the power of that. But still.
If, in fact, your chart is accurate, I would say that this is more an effect of zero tolerance and mandatory sentencing than any "police state" you may dream up.

So, you are part of the apparatus of the police state. Very clever of you to hide behind this dumb-as-a-mud-fence persona, all the while collecting intel on us.

Bastards have infiltrated...

Zero tolerance is the definition of a police state.

I watched all the presidential debates last time just waiting for them to bring up the drug war and they never mentioned it even once !

Seriously ? It's kind of an important topic around voting time.

Now when I read those 'fringe' websites calling them stuff like new world order Illuminati elites I get it.
