Default Excellent service from Defender

I placed an order for some Pettit paint. I always buy local except in this case my distributor would not special order a .75 gallon specialty paint, they only stock in 2 gallon kits.

Pettit representative was surprised that LARGE local distributor wouldn't drop ship it.

The price was almost as low as my wholesale account and was shipped the same day. It got here across the country as scheduled. No damage to the exterior of the box, but upon opening it, the can was dented pretty deep, no leaks that I could see. But I didn't want to take a chance.

Called Defender and explained the situation, they asked that I email a picture. I did as requested and within 30 minutes I had a credit on my account including all of the shipping! They would file the claim with UPS.

We don't hear about great customer service e often enough around here. If I come across a product that I can't find locally, I know where to go

Bought a prop for my 5hp Nissan. Best price I could find and quick shipping.

You were afraid the paint inside had bruises?

No it looks like it has been exposed to air from the lid coming up on one edge.
