Default Type of Beer Snob

Are you a beer snob? What type of snob are you?

https://www.yahoo.com/food/the-19-ty...896742331.html

I don't drink much, but I would say I am similar to the Condescender except the political part. I don't get light beers. Just drink water.

The Condescender

Treats anyone drinking a light beer like a toddler who just pooped himself, audible groans of disapproval included. Also the kind of person who intentionally provokes political arguments at family gatherings.

No beer snob here. I like it in a can, and not sold individually unless its more than 12 oz.

I rarely drink beer, unless Its after playing sports or I'm fishing in the sun.

Best beer criteria:

1) Cold

2) cold

3) American made if possible, but not necessary

4) Draft, or can, or bottle. Nothing else is acceptable

I'm a patriotic beer snob these days. If it says Samuel Adams on it, is brewed in America, I'll drink it.

When I used to drink (and that is saying something) I was very fussy. The beer had to be light, and it had to be in a can. The major guys (bud, coors, etc.) held a very slight edge, but any other brand would do just fine.

Yeah, that's pretty much me. If it says beer on the container and it's cold, I'll drink it!

Those types were great. I think I know one of each.

I am not a beer snob, if it's cold I'll take it.

I had no idea anybody in this country felt that way.

I guess I really do learn something every day.

If you like nice beer in a can, try Can-o-bliss ( cannabis ) or regular Dale's Pale Ale

We have this street in Jacksonville called King Street. Its supposed to have the most beer taps of any street in USA. All the microbreweries are there. I went in this one with 200 taps, and couldnt really find one that I like as good as a bud. Dont really get the whole craft beer thing.. I do like Warsteiner on tap though. Not a craft brew.

Here is their tap tree.

We're in the same boat. Yuengling is made "up the road" and their Lager Light is on draft here at home. Big fan of Shiner too and Great Lakes Edmund Fitzgerald is probably our top favorite.

Gotta admit I'm a sampler. These micro brews aren't cheap so I'm gonna be semi-sure before I order. I will order a glass of any stout though - I love my stouts.

Light lager is the only light beer I will drink. I like the darker stuff. I absolutely hate any beer with fruity flavors. I don't like Corona but I feel I have to have a couple every summer.

I have Flying Fish IPA right now.

I would say none of the above, far from a snob I drink Bud and Bud Light I also like some of the micro-brews, I won't drink anything lower priced or quality than Busch. The Micro Brew snob thing is getting a little out of hand, I wish those types would go and drink wine, some of the names are getting over the top: I'll have a Blond Beaver, India, Pale, Dogfish Head, bitch, Stout please.
