Yep, I was thinking the same thing. Mine got a bunch on him last year but nothing like that. I tried plucking them off and finally gave up and made him stand on a towel in front of the wood stove.

We got a foot or so of snow, next day it was above freezing. He was out there for an hour playing around... And yes, it took a long time to pick all the snow balls off of him.

He even had them down by his junk... it had to hurt.

Is he a mixed breed? Has the head & eyes of a newfi and coloring of a spanial/other...

He's a Clumber Spaniel. We have two. Believe it or not they're one of the oldest recognized breeds.

Yorkie.

Our Huskies would lay in the yard and let the snow cover them. One was all white. All you could see where her yellow eyes.
