which sharks do you eat?

We catch a lot of small sandbar sharks in the bay. You're not supposed to keep them unless they are 54"+ which is rare but I have had a them (I have never kept an undersized one). They are excellent. They taste like cobia. Don't need to brine them or anything. Steak them and put them on the grill. Mako is also very good.

It's been said but black tip is good, I think you need to skinn it asap, and grill using French dressing adds a tang and a almost bbq smoke flavor.
