I love this job, but damn sitting and waiting until the last minute every quarter gets old. One more deal and time to crack one...hurry up and wait. Check email, Check THT, repeat.

My wife works for a medical device mfg. Same thing every quarter....wait for the orders to process the paperwork. Gotta meet the forecast. Last night she got home at 12:30, probably the same tonight.

Who the hell is sitting around in a hospital or clinic on New Year's Eve saying hmmm, I have some money left in the budget lets buy a heart monitor. I don't know if they push any deals but why wait till the last friggin minute.

Happy New Year to all!

I feel your pain brother, but not this year. My management is cool with my "last minute" deals becoming "first deals of the year" in 2015. Nice for a change!

Happy New Year and best of luck, it's never easy...!

I was on the phone all day like I am every day cleaning up any loose ends. I shut it down at about 3:00 and my thought was, January is going to be a good month.

And went you know it, I blew through my forecast by $300k. In more stupider years I always thought this was a good thing. Rep didn't bother to read my email to hold tight. Oh well all done. Happy new year.

Glad I do not pay their full salary.

Happy New Year everyone, at least I doubled our sales this year.
