The law would've allowed more people to use a plant in their home, legally, than can do so today. While it certainly didn't apply to all as you have stated, a vote for it sure would've been a vote in favor of personal freedom for those people I just described.

Ended up in the bed of a pickup truck rolled up like a pretzel with my wife holding a blanket on me and brought back home. Yesterday was spent heavily medicated by poison opiates and benzos due to every muscle in my body being totally ripped and shredded. We decided last night that we are going to colorado. House going on the market today. I know if it failed in Florida there is absolutely no way Georgia will ever pass it. But oh well. Anybody on here got a decent 2/1 home with a view in colorado they want to sell. All of this over the only non addicting, "0" side effect medicine on the planet. Thank you guys that voted "yes".

So sorry my friend. If you move check out the edibles, oil, wax, or shatter.

Recreational users are still calling their connections and getting pot delivered faster than a pizza, medical users are still criminals. Stupid people will still go to jail for having it in their car. Nothing changed this time.

I'm glad one governor candidate lost and sorry that the other one won. We were given crap to choose from by the political business machine. Crist refused to debate the other democratic candidate for the primary, he just took it as a given, with the backing of big money.

I googled it. I can't find where an individual can grow their own legally in Florida. Please provide your sourcing.

Look up Senate bill 1030 the Charlottes Web law. Has to be prescribed by a Dr and can not be smoked but it is there. There are other forms described. I don't know about growing it your self.

The Amendment that just failed was written by the fox that wanted to make many millions of dollars off the new constitutional amendment allowing pretty much anyone to smoke dope any where and any time.

I would be happy to vote for this as a law and not a constitunal amendment and if it just went to the people that medically need it. That is not the way it was this time.

So it's well established that THC has medicinal value, and its widely known that synthetic THC (Marinol) is not as effective a treatment (and Marinol is known to be more psychoactive) than naturally grown cannabis, where the other cannabanoids (all 65 of them) interact WITH the THC to deliver effective treatment.

How will he "make millions of dollars" off of this? I'm not arguing your point, I'm asking sincerely. I don't see it?

To clarify: I'm moving to Florida soon. I like to smoke the pots every few weeks.

I'm a single guy. I pay my taxes. Never gotten a speeding ticket let alone a record.

Do you think I should be arrested if I choose to smoke a joint and watch Pulp Fiction at my friends house Saturday night ? I'm not a medical patient, I enjoy the buzz.

Just asking for your personal opinion.

According to the busybodies on here, this will lead to huffing transmission fluid and watching Clockwork Orange. Yes, you should be in jail for even thinking this is ok.

He is a lawyer business man. I heard that he was starting up a grow operation. I don't know that for a fact though. I am sure there will be many many law suits associated with this deal that they will make money on. On thing for sure is that firm would not have dumped millions of dollars into this program without thinking they were going to get a return on it. 5 million was the figure I heard they put into this campaign.

If you want to be a pot head that is fine with me.

Not until they have a reliable roadside/boatside test for intoxication. I don`t need some higher than a kite idiot with a bog boat ramming me because he is smoking LEGAL drugs.
We are just starting to get the drunks under control. Don`t need this..

Synthetic heroin (thats what those LEGAL little white highly addictive pills your Dr. prescribes are) = legal

Marijuana = Illegal

I have ad seven spine surgeries and although I take no form of pain killers I certainly have and its a miracle I did not become addicted. The doctors handed them to me by the pound. Sent me to "pain management" where I felt they were making every attempt possible to turn me into an addict and drain every dime they could.

the non THP drug will be available most likely this summer or fall depending on some court rulings. There will be 5 co-op growers in the state to start with growing cloned non THP weed for medical use. Its coming
