Bought a webber on line a couple of years ago and delivered on time without any damage. The way they are packaged from the factory has great protection for shipping. You just need to be able to assemble the grill yourself.

I ordered a Weber Summit online. It came with very minor assembly and one dent in the door. The dent was about the size of a quarter. It did not bother me so I never called.

Cool, I am actually looking at a Weber. I am fully capable of assembling it.

Bought the big weber summit gas grill from an online vendor out of Austin Texas. He had it shipped from the warehouse in Seattle to the middle of nowhere in northern Michigan. It came as promised with no damage and on time. Saved about $800 bucks over the local vendor prices. Use a credit card for a bit of backup insurance. Good luck.

Would you mind posting a link to the vendor?
Thanks
