That's actually a wind powered car that uses a plywood sail.

Air foil, all the big rigs have them for fuel efficiency and don't take pictures when your driving!!!!

Oh, I saw him at the boat ramp last Saturday. He was launching his new bassboat and left the trailer tie-downs on. I seem to remember he just disconnected the hitch coupler and took off, complaining the whole time that the boat couldn't get on plane.
