Stealing from a dieing person. .

was caught on video from his cruiser's dashboard camera stealing a gold chain and $3,700 from 49-year-old John Scalesse as the motorcyclist lay dying

Cop or not is irrelevant to me, the fact that ANYONE could do that is a sad commentary on people today.

it makes you wonder if the guy is just a generic scumbag or if he figured that any biker carrying that much cash must be a criminal, so it was somehow okay to take his money?
