Geeeeee-sus! That take off was near vertical! Unbelievable! How can something so big can act so "dainty" in the air?

Yeah it almost looks like a huge glider. That aircraft looks sooooo graceful. I would love to see an Airbus TRY that.

"Good morning folks, this is your captain. We'll be taking off monetarily and heading to a crusing altitude of 35,000 feet. yep, and here we are, settle in and enjoy the flight"

Puts a smile on my face, Boeing is one of several large aviation/Engineering/Think tank corps that have been actively recruiting my son while in High school.

Great Company!

Great video.

Just finished reading my own post and became very embarrassed, what a freaking blow hard I can come across as sometimes.

My apologies to all, my son accomplishment have zero to do with this thread.

If your son is being recruited in high school from an engineering and research and development company that is something I would be proud of and boastful of too. Good for him...and you!

Why be embarrassed? Your son sounds like a great kid. Its refreshing to see recruiting in high school, besides sports. Tell your son good luck.

all good spray. Be a proud dad, rather see that then "my key didn kill dat cop". Keep him in line, and never be embarrassed by his hard work.

Nothing wrong with being proud. I don't boast my son's accomplishments either he's also in HS, but sometimes there is a such a feeling of being proud it's hard not to, congrats

The test pilot did a barrel roll in the simulator but they took that out of the show. The film of Tex Johnston doing a barrel roll in the original Dash 80, the 707/KC135 prototype during its public debut at Seafair in 1955 is an all time classic.

Although I am certainly proud of my son I am not the kind of person to boast about anybody in my family and there accomplishments, just not in my DNA. Thanks for the replies.

One more point!

To the OP...my apologies for inadvertently hijacking your post with my comment. Lets move on...

I would have really liked to see the barrel roll though, especially knowing that if you F it up, your dead! Nothing like that kind of pressure.
