Default Low-pitch roof: TPO or PVC?

hey Guys

any roof gurus out there? I have two estimates, both from reputable roofers.

One quoted TPO at $ 10,000 with a roof strip. The other quoted TPO at $ 6,000 / PVC at
$ 5,000 (included ia a roof strip for one layer with an add-on based on $ 700 for each layer after that.)

My guess is, I have two layers so the second quote is clearly more attractive

the question is---do I go TPO or PVC?

If I do a web search, it sounds like TPO had issues in the past---(brittle, pull-back from gutters etc etc)

Anybody have any up to date info on these two materials and which would be the better one to use?

I should add----both quotes included a 20 year warranty for both the PVC and TPO

thanks for any comments
