Default Home network question

Trying to figure out what I need to get my home camera system with a wired network connection to my wireless router on the other side of the house without actually running a wire. I'd also like to boost the signal some if I can as well

I don't think you can boost your signal with this, but you should be able to get stable network traffic from your wireless router to your camera system with these or something similar:

It is an adapter that plugs into a wall outlet on both ends where you need the network traffic to go and sends the traffic over a power line already installed in your house.

I haven't tried it myself, but I'm fairly certain they work.

Mine works fine.

Limited to about 100ft.

Both ends have to be on the same leg IE Power to house has L1 and L2. I could not get mine to work across legs.

Every other circuit breaker is on the same leg.
