I usually use penzoil synthetic blend in my HPDI 250. This looks like it might be good because of the claim that it cleans out existing carbon and has a fuel stabilizer, if you can believe the claims

I changed off Penzoil because the cost went to the moon and I couldn't get it. I am using it in my HPDI's but I bought it direct from a distributor. I have not inspected the O2 sensor yet from using JT-4 but Yami Lube had those sensors filthy and Penzoil was burning much cleaner and it showed. I do not expect any problems from it.
Cato OIl and Grease (the manufacturer) has been around for a long time. Mystic is very good oil, outstanding actually. It was geared more for extreme duty use in mining and construction equipment. It was the only oil used in the trucks and heavy equipment at a company I worked for. At the time it came from a shop in Derry NH and the owner of the place was an oil guru. His name escapes me now but the supermarket chain Market Basket ran nothing but it in their fleet of trucks at that time.
20 or so years ago I had an oil drain plug come out of a diesel engine one day. The machine was running for about 20 minutes when I noticed a vapor, not blue haze in the sunlight coming in thru the tree canopy. I shut of the machine to find out what was going on and noticed the plug missing. I backtracked my work and found the plug in the dirt. Screwed it in, filled it back up with JT-8 oil and kept running. I just traded that same machine to a friend this past fall. It runs like a top.

Pennzoil XLF still $19.96 at my local Wal Mart. I can get the Synthetic Blend Premium or whatever it's called for about the same at Advance....
Still cheaper than Yamalube and burns better, in my opinion.
