I remember when I joined here there was the discussion about what happens when our Northern friends have to pull their boats for the winter... they get cranky. I remember it when I lived there...

Seems as though, lately, the Northern Winter Rage has really cranked up.

As a side learning - I fall into the "Go Fast Center Console Florida Redneck" crowd - which I was unaware of.

Winter sucks up here. It sucks even more I wish I was through boot camp during the whole thing rather than snow blowing and fixing computers.

I was up at 4a and there was not a flake. By 7am, I had 4 fresh inches on the ground. By 7p, it's supposed to be about a foot.

I can't wait to go play in it with my kids and dog. Sure, I'd like to take the boat out and I miss fishing, but man, if you can't have fun in the snow, you're probably dead. Cold without snow sucks, but snow is awesome.

But we have four seasons up here. We get to see the leaves change. We appreciate the Summer more because of the Winter. Blah, blah, blah. Give me sun and warmth! This cold and snow sucks.
