So, I called her, she seems letit, although a quick Google search pulls up nothing from her buisness card. She claims she was talking to a friend, who owns a gallery in town and has a Sprinter also (not relevant), and saw him open the passenger door, but didn't think much of it. Had seen our personalized plate earlier and thought it interesting, so she recalled it, but couldn't remember it exactly, that's why she hadn't contacted us earlier.

I think she thinks we did it, but honestly, there is no reason any one would, or ever uses, v the passenger door. We transport dogs, and centrally have a small crate there for emergency and paperwork.

I offered to pay half of the repair bill, And if she does that, she had to go to my guy. She said I was very kind, and she would think on it.

We shall see.

I'm no Columbo, but it was her friend's Sprinter van that did it.
