this is the real deal.

mine is one year old and looks new, love it. I put the clear coat on top. Not cheap, but what good is, you can't compare this to the HD stuff.

I 2nd epoxy coat. We did our garage 2 years ago, still looks perfect. The key is making sure the concrete is clean and prepped right.

What they said. I had a guy do ours with Armorseal. He applied a brown epoxy base coat, then added vinyl chips while it was wet until it wouldnt hold any more chips. Then put a clear coat of poly over top........it's about 4 years old and looks new.
This was the guy

I've had 2 of my 7 garages done in the last 2 years. I'll get the name of the systems they used but for the money (a lot of money) I'm not happy at all. We have had to have them come back on both jobs. Prep is everything, old floors are impossible to make perfect and have trouble from grease and oil coming to the surface after they have been grinded down.

Check out garagejournal.com and go to the forums section, then flooring.

They even have a lady from the OEM who posts there answering questions and whatnot. You can see some nice stuff there. Do a search for the guy that did the John Deere floor.

If it is a workshop, how about gluing down some hardwood? White Oak is much easier on the feet.

Take a look at Rhino coatings for floors. We have been doing them on garage, shop, showroom floors for about three years now. I am not directly involved with that aspect of the business but, they seem to be well liked by the customers.
