This is where I USE to go - when I had a boat. 
Norview Marina - 70mi. from the house, at the mouth of the Rappahannock River/Chesapeake Bay.
Man, I MISS that!

Pete's Pier in Crystal River, Fl where between Manatee tours and Scallop season you can hardly find a parking spot, at any moment the dock could collapse under your feet, they never have toilet paper or paper towels, and the roof over my slip is so rotten that I cringe every time a bird lands on it.

You wouldn't want to see the broken down ramp where I put my boat in here on Eglin AFB. I swear one of the ramp your trailer sits crooked so you'll never get loaded correctly. Bolt sticking out of the dock, buts it's a straight shot to the pass and I don't have to worry about anything happening to my truck so I deal with it.
