Default Why WOULDN'T Zimmerman leave the country

I know another Z thread.

With having to live in hiding and in fear of his life, the threat of the DOJ and Trayvons camp coming against him with civil charges, and pretty much knowing someone may come after him at any time, wouldnt it make sense to grab wife and a change of clothes, put on a disguise and catch the red eye to somewhere outside of the US for a while?

If I were in his shoes, no job or even the remote possibility of getting one, nothing holding me here in the US I would get the hell out of here for at least a few years. I am sure he can find someplace where he wont be outed. Doesnt it make sense to get the hell out of dodge NOW? He is a free man as of now, so why not leave before all that changes and new charges are brought up and he's stuck again.

He should go to Northern Maine. Find a quiet job and stay low for a few years.

He could live/work in the Bahamas. I was in Hopetown and Marsh Harbour last week and they (the Bahamians) were laughing their asses off at the whole thing. They agreed that the case was a joke and that the American Black Community are entirely ignorant of the facts.

Explain this to me more...that is why I am asking this question. Why would they not? He has not been convicted of any crimes. Its not like with the Snowden kid.

The problem with this is the DOJ can still go after him if he is still in the US.

There are no other "first world" countries.

Simply his notariety, France, England, Germany, Italy, et al, are all pussies when it comes to fire arms, personnal ownership of fire arms. His involvement and the subsequent media bonanza leave him a marked man.

Me I'd move to some south seas island where the womens don't wear no tops!

"his father is a white American of German descent and his mother is Peruvian with some black ancestry through her Afro-Peruvian maternal grandfather."

Unlike the US, our counterparts take immigration seriosuly. Visas are not easy to come by, especially to those that are broke and unemployed.

I think he will have plenty of cash in a year. NBC will settle for 7 figs and I'm sure there will be a book deal or after school special payout.

That's what Trayvon's parents are hoping.

There are 37 countries that have a visa waiver agreement with the US. All of them could be considered "first world". E.g. The Netherlands, France etc...
