Default Kids to be proud of

Wife and I traveled 2 1/2 hours to watch my grandson JP III play in a Babe Ruth/Cal Ripken allstar tournament.

In the course of the game with the opposing team up to bat, a player stole second to third base.

I was sitting along the third Base base line, If I had to take a polygraph test I would have sworn that my grandsons team mate had tagged the boy out.

The base unpire called him safe, then called him OUT.

My Son informed me that the boy playing third informed the umpire that he " missed the tag"

THAT IS WHAT I WOULD CALL SPORTSMANSHIP and HONESTY !

Great to know that it still exists

You'd better believe that kid will never go into politics. Good for him!
