Looks a lot like QuiBids to me. If you have the time, you can get some good buys. I broke even on QuiBids and stopped. Just don't have the time.

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT bid with quibids. I have a horror story for days about them. I use to do a lot of business with quibids but not anymore. They sell stuff they dont have. And if you win the auction they drop ship it. They are basically a 3rd party vendor which is ok until you have a problem(backorder, lost package, ect) and then they blame the supplier and the supplier blames quibids. They had over $700 of my $ tied up and wouldn't give back to me for 6 months which I didn't see back until I contacted the right people. Been there done that and never again! I filed complaint with FBI internet crimes devision, BBB, and local authorities. Do what ya want but don't say you weren't warned

Cliffs
#I invest $700 trying to win a $1,000 item
#I win it for $700(cost of bids plus purchase price)
#2 weeks go by no shipping #
#Call quibids and they say its on backorder
#2 more weeks goes by and still no tracking number
#Call them back still on backorder
#2 more weeks goes by they are selling that item again I still have no tracking #
Call them back and I'm told its still on backorder so I ask why are they selling a item and not saying *items on backorder*. They say its because when I bought "mine" it was coming from a certain place and they have it on backorder and the place they are getting it from now isnt on back order. I say thats BS and they better send me my item from that place that has it "in stock now" ....they say NO.
#I talk to manager and am told it will be sorted out
#2 more weeks goes by and I call to see whats been sorted out and I'm told I can no longer talk to that manager
# Get contact number to supplier and they say they are backordered and dont know when they will be able to help me out
# Call back a week later and Still no one knows nothing but tons of other items have been sold .
# Quibids told me they could refund me the my purchase price of $258.75(or whatever it was)
# Tell quibids I had $700 into the item with the cost of my bids plus purchase price of item
# Quibids tells be cost of my bids are NOT refundable (you could imagine how mad I am at this point)
# Supervisor tells me again he can refund me the $258.75
# I file complains with FBI internet crimes devision, BBB , And local consumer affairs
# Tons of more time goes by still nothing.
# Finally between the all of the filed complaints the regional manager calls me and tells me he will refund me the $700 for bids and the item's cost
# I tell him I want the $1,000 item I won.
# After the smoke I figure its best I lose out on item and just get my $ back
# Sends me my money back and offers to give me 50 free bids for the inconvenience(what a f'n joke)
# I tell him to blow those 50 bids out of his A double crooked letters
# 6 months later end of story

Check out this scam involving QuiBids. Last fall I win two bids on eBay. These are gifts so a timely delivery was important. Neither were delivered and both sellers refunded my PayPal account. So I buy both items from Amazon.

About two weeks later I receive one of the items I won on eBay from QuiBids. Check my PayPal and sure enough one of the sellers reversed my refund.

People are listing items on eBay that they do not have, then if the reserve is exceeded, they go on QuiBids and try to win this item.

No more eBay for me.

The real fun starts as the time gets to 20 seconds and below. Every time a new bid is submitted time is added to the count down. Something like 10 or 15 seconds.

Fun to see a bunch of people get into a pissing match and end up paying more than retail for an item.
