Default whats the deal...

whats the deal with people signing up and their first post being a rant about a vendor, manufacturer, or dealer? Coincidence that there has been like 3 in the last couple of days or am i just being a critical dingus?

Some just need a audience. On the Internet it's the only way they get some attention, without having to do it face to face,,,,,,,,,,like a man should.

More people take to the internet when they are wronged than when they get good service. Has nothing to do with boating/THT.

Very true i have to say. Perhaps a bad transaction or experience and someone is trying to get a little retribution?

Questioning, perhaps my connotation was wrong...

Merely wondering if people's online purchasing experiences lead (for example) the boating population to come here and complain. That's all.

Perhaps it's low because i choose not to engage in the arguments which in turn cause your post count to climb?

I think It's because when someone has an issue with their boat they turn to the internet to find an answer which leads them to the THT.

Not a lot of members stick around daily for chit chat (small percentage)

They use the forum for answers, they get an answer then, which leads to wanting other peoples opinion of bad experiences and so on.

Family stuff going on. Saturday looks cherry. Looks like the winds are gonna pick up Sunday mid morning. Good luck if you get out. I hear wire line and umbrella rigs are the way to go!
