Default Sirius / Stern: This week Rod Stewart, ZZ Top & Roger Daltrey interviews

He had Rod Stewart on Monday, ZZ Top on Tuesday and Roger Daltrey today.

Whether you like Stern or not, his interviewing skills and enthusiasm/curiosity combined with with commercial/censor free format on satellite makes for a great forum and this week he had amazing interviews, especially if you are fans of these artists.

Agree- but there is something wrong with the audio Scott the Engineer should be fired...seemed like a lot of strange popping sounds and crackling! Rod Stewart was great...and I am not a huge fan of any of them but they were great

I heard it too, and the ZZ Top audio was bad also.

Agree. The instruments seemed to overpower their vocals a bit.

Epic week. Growing up, my 2 favorite bands were The Who and ZZ Top. I did think he asked Daltrey too many Townsend questions.

Great week on Stern...ditto on his interview skills. He has had some great artists in studio over the years. Joe Walsh and Steven Stills come to mind.

He should have put Rod Stewart on the Sybian.

I've been a listener for since 1984 (In Philly)

He's interviewing skills are fantastic and have gotten even better over the 7 years. One of my favorites was a year or so ago when he had Bill Joel in for 2 hours playing a bunch of songs.
