sonos play 5.

not only does it provide amazing sound quality, you can access just about any music source in the world, and you can add other zones easily without ever running a single wire.

seriously, if you love music, then sonos is the only choice. it will change your life!

I don't recommend the Bose wave radio...it's just not worth the money. There was a company a few years ago that made a radio Koda- Istereo....I have one that I got off a clearance rack from Sears for $15 that blows my Bose away! I actually found another one on ebay and have that one in my game room. So, I'm just giving more reason NOT to get the Bose..

I would be interested in hearing that Sonos mentioned above.

Thanks for the recs guys.

Does the sonos play 5 have a plug in port for an Ipod?

I checked out the website and am still unsure it does.

Yep.

http://www.sonos.com/support/onlineu...n_-_PLAY_5.htm

Depending on which iPod you have, you really shouldn't need the line-in. The app that you put on your i-device allows you to stream directly to the play 5 or any other Sonos zone.

The only sort of catch that you might have is if the room where you want to put the play 5 is not near your router. Then you will need a Sonos bridge in order to run the play 5. Must have one Sonos device plugged into your router with an ethernet cable. The setup is really easy. And it's even easier to add zones later on. You do not need to be a tech guy at all.
