Default quarantining a virus

So this morning I got a message from a friend that my yahoo address is sending out some crap link. I never use the yahoo address so I went in and changed the Y password and set up a seal that is supposed to help.

I have a mac air so I loaded ClamXav and ran it and it found two files called 2407.emlx and 2495.emlx and the infection name is "email trojan" It asked if I wanted to quarantine them to a folder and I said yes. I tried to delete but they seem to come back on a new scan...

any help here?
