Default Tendinitis

Got it again in my left rotator cuff. Damn it hurts to move my arm a certain way, and of course all the physical therapy exercises make me move it that way. I hate getting old.

Been fighting Golfers elbow in both elbows for over two years now. Multiple steroid injections and the right side has finally improved but I may have to get another shot on the left side.
Have you considered a shot to break the cycle of inflammation?

I wouldn't say I'm in a cycle. This is only the 2nd time in 5 years that it's flared up. Both times seem to have a common factor in that I stopped exercising for a period of time. Once the inflammation subsides, I'll have to get the P90X DVDs out again. Plus I need to drop back down to 175lbs.

I get Tennis elbow - if I do and training that involves a hammer grip, or even grabbing a heavy bot and moving my elbow --- Have had the steroid cortisone shots and they work....
