Default refrigerator compressor -How can I test?

My side my side KitchenAide is acting up, and of course I want to try and fix it myself.

Freezer is about 20 degrees, and fridge is 42. I cleaned the coils (dusty) and have confirmed that both the compressor fan, and the evaporator fan in the fridge (from freezer to fridge) is also running. I am wondering if the compressor fan is running strong enough. How can I test that?

Also, the compressor seems to be working (its warm, but not too hot to touch). How can I confirm that the compressor is indeed working?

I am able to pull the codes from the panel, but not sure what they mean. Two of them point to problems I get a strange compressor message

Code 1
5-2 -(Compressor is off waiting for minimum (7 minute) off delay. I have no idea what that means.

Code 2
3-2,1 (starts at 3,2 and switches to 3,1 code says -Evaporator fan is on at on at incorrect speeds. Sounds like I might need to replace that fan, but since it goes to 1 (one is OK) maybe that is just how the codes work. Confusing>

Does anyone have any idea what I should do here before I give up? Thinking about getting an ohm meter to check the fans but I have no idea what they should read (nor have I actually ever used on).

Appreciate any advice you folks can give me here.

Had a dishwasher doing strange things. Paid a repair man ended up needing a new computer. May be worth the head ache to pay some one. (Ps I'm a car mechanic who doesn't pay any one to fix anything)

Code 1- is a time delay to protect your compressor from short cycling. If the power goes off or the compressor shuts down after satisfying the load it will not restart for 7 minutes.

Code 2- no clue
If the compressor is running and it is maintaining the temps you have posted it sounds to me that the fridge is doing pretty much what it is suppose to, as far as mechanically. It is something in the control board not mechanically. Call a appliance guy that works with the brand you own.
