you still have all your hair & teeth, and your kids are cute
should have no problem making them ovulate
throw a puppy picture in there and hang on for the ride

Yeah - I struggled with that one too. That was after 86 hours at sea in some REALLY bad conditions. At that point I had almost a full beard though its hard to tell. It's not a "common" picture though - which is a good thing. There are too many guys on these sites that do the same shit... same pictures over and over - any time you can be different - it appears to be a good thing.

I tried the online dating thing last month I meet a girl 28 teacher blah blah blah in her pics she looks good I talked to her on the phone for a week we meet up go to dinner. She looks OK in real life but she has a crippled walk I could not get over I fed her and sent her on her way she talked my ear off. After I dropped her off never 1 more word from her text or anything guess she knows the drill.

I don't know why I laughed a bit at the combo of you kicking some chick to the curb and your screen name... I'm sure that there's something there.

Dam not to get off topic but 1978 was a bad year. You had two boats and sunk both. Thanks for the thread very entertaining.

Fish on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Underoos is back online and emailed me... so far it's just the usual dry banter back and forth - but she was my stretch plan anyway... She appears fairly good at this game though... she never ends an email with a statement - it's always a question probing for more.

For those following this as an instructional - first.... DON'T!!!! I haven't dated in 11 years... what the fawk do I know!!!???

Second - especially in the infancy stages of initial contact - you need to always leave room to continue the conversation.

Example:

"Hi - I read your profile. It's really interesting and I would love to get to know more. - Blue"

You would really have to hit the "sweet spot" for her tenure online. Meaning this - if she's relatively new to it - you're toast. She hasn't figured out how to be online yet and unless she's already desperate for attention - she won't respond. Not that she probably doesn't want to - but becasue it's easier for people to answer questions rather than "just talk about themselves." Rarely has this proven to be untrue - unless you really got her literally within hours of putting her profile online and she's just happy to get ANY response. If your target is too seasoned - she'll vet you out immediately... bitter and jaded from the online experience is a tough cube to thaw.

A better example - at least in my limited experience is something like: "Hey, how are you - I read your profile and I would love to get to know more - can you tell me more about your experience with albino pygme rattle snakes? I've only had experience with pythons..... - Blue" The point I am trying to make here is that you need to 1) Connect with a commonality. 2) Ask a question or 2 to keep the conversation easy and progressing. There will be nuggets that drop in that you can go back to later when you exhaust your knowledge of snakes. The above example is not intended to be a sexual reference and it would result in the immediate termination of the conversation.

Take Underoos for example (Mind you... I WILL blow this somehow - but I haven't figured out what I am going to do wrong yet - ya'll will have front row seats - I promise) Underoos left a great opening for a Power Opener. Most guys (from what I understand) will be pretty unoriginal... "Hi - how are you?" FAWKING FAIL. No - stand out from the crowd... She had mentioned Underoos in her profile... so what did I do? Googled the jingle from Underoos Marketing - and used that as my opener... it looked like this:

[breaks into song] Underoos are fun to wear!!! Something super cool in underwear!!!![end singing]

I went on to explain briefly that her profile took me back to when I was a kid - and thanked her for leaving that song in my head all day. I shared with her that since I have 2 girls - Superman Underoos don't have a place in my house - and that I was lacking any superhero status - but I would be more than happy to discuss the Hello Kitty, Dora, and Barbie ones... She responded back with a story about her sisters and dad - and that a single dad of 2 girls is the REAL superhero...

So far - so good. Now we're on to talking about why she spent so much time oversears as a kid... Will keep you all up to speed. Wish me luck. I just wish I knew how I was going to fawk this one up.

When our son was in his first few months and I took him shopping I was covered up by women. Wasn't looking but I suddenly realized a baby was great bait.

Got any friends with a little one? Borrow the tyke and then go to the grocery store and the mall.

That's my Unicorn. I have heard about them - and people have actually seen them.... but I personally have not. Most of those women don't exist in "single form." If I could actually find one - that would be great! My ex liked to go boating as well. Just as long as it involved her not lifting a finger, laying in the sun, and doing nothing to support the actual act of boating. I could never get her to like to fish.

Liking boating and liking to go on a boat are 2 very different things... I think we all know that.

I have 2 of my own. The mall....interesting. I may try that one out. Hmmmm.... My grocery store sucks. Mainly it's in mid-suburbia. Most of the single women can't afford their own house in the area. It really limits the amount of available wimmins.

Hell you all live in Florida, take "that long walk on the beach" that every other girl has in their profile and do it. Only be by yourself with a new puppy! Puppy's draw chick a whole lot faster than kids! lol
