So you dont think she wants a land war with Russia? I hope her attorney doesnt feel that way cuz judges are notoriously biased towards the woman, and her dog might tell her to go back to court for more custody. Even drug dealing crack whores have been known to get "pardoned" by the judge. Hope i dont give her any ideas.....tell me to delete and i will.

There are several things that her attorney would advise against... taking me back to court for more custody would be one of them. As it is - she's pretty lucky that she has what she does. No - I'm not Billy Bad Ass - but there are things that she would rather keep burried. I did her the favor by not bringing them up in the process... as such, she gave me a relatively speedy and uncomplicated divorce.

If she decided to go down that road - I made it clear that by the time I was done carpet bombing the city - there would be nothing left. She and I agreed to come up with something fair and not try to revisit it..

Keep in mind - I picked her Attorney based on the recco from mine... that wasn't an accident.

Soooooo....

As far as everything else goes - Halloween was awesome! I dropped the kids off with her right at 5 so she could have some interaction with them. Of course - she was late to get home becasue other things in her life take priority over the kids... as usually happens. She was appreciative though. I picked them back up right after 6 and took them out trick or treating..

My little one passed out in my arms about 7. It's hard to look like a fearsome Viking when you're carrying a sleeping baby! My neighbors took the sleeping one for 30 minutes or so allowing me to take my 5 year old to a few more houses... Overall we had a great time. I have them again tonight too... this is my 2 day week so I don't have them for 5 days straight... unless The Asshole can't manage them - in which case I will gladly go get them.

Roos is coming over Friday after work and playing sleepover. We were trying to decide if going out to dinner was even an option... she brought up the very accurate point that once she's in my house we're probably going to end up on the bed sooner rather than later. That's a good point right there... I should get some Power Bars. LOL!

I still don't have a direction with her right now.. I'm going to try to relax and "just be." It'll be fun until it's not anymore. That could be next week, next month, next year... I don't know and I'm exhausting myself trying to figure it all out.

On a different note - the boat that I fllew down to see came back from survey pretty good. There are several points that need to be addressed - but no deal breakers. HOPEFULLY I will be back on the water again soon. "By the sea - all worries are washed away."

I hope you are "sizing up" all serious women as mothers to your kids.

Once again, "Blue, your my boy"

But I have to ask. Have you reeled in all your teasers and lures? I understand that sometimes you have to clear the decks to land a trophy, but don't some anglers with your skills leave one hooked and jumping around the boat to keep the bite going? Anything new in the spread? Obviously you have found fertile ground and have the right lures working...

Time for some tag and release.

Great. Know anyone who can voice Rocket J.? I do a spot on BW. Very disappointing movie. Boris buying explosives??? We break into military installation and steal missles.

BC, I would pull the end of day drain thru hull and check transom there. Moisture meters are notoriously inaccurate and that is an issue with that hull.
What has she got for power? Deck solid? I would also drill a hole in the stringers. See if you can do this with an offer to have holes professionally repaired. Tank and wiring? Underoos likes boats?

yea...this was a quick ride. lol....wasn't this the 2nd or 3rd girl you met online? My GF had been seperated from her husband of 18 years for 2 months when we met...she PLANNED on dating a lot...meeting a lot of guys, having the time of her life, and settleing down with some rich guy. Two months later we were in a commited relationship, and have been together for a year and a half, and I can honestly say that it is starting to feel like it's getting even better??? We shall see.

Good luck with the new girl! I've been down that path a few times. The real challenge will be in a few weeks/months when the initial excitement of screwing all the time wears off and you realize you're just in another relationship....THAT'S when you'll know if it's real.

Similar story here, but we are five years in and still getting better. We were both married for 17 years the first time.

I'm still trolling a full spread - and I'll tell you... fishing has never been better. I've cleared a few lines off of the deck - but I'm not ready to pack up and head to shore. As was brought up - let's see how this plays out... I've had countless flings that start off like this (fast, fun, exciting) and just kind of fizzled.

This is just part of the process.

What you need Blue is a public breakfast or lunch date just to see where you stand when your sober and wearing clothes.

While that doesn't sound quite as exciting as what we've been doing - you may be onto something there... damn.

Out of morbid curiosity - what conquests have I bragged about? Further - what, in all of your divine wisdom, has been made up?

Your attention whoring post is very....attention whorish.

Congrats on a successful marriage. Many of us wish for what you have but for one reason or another have fallen short.

Thanks for your insightful feedback.

I'm not sure it will matter much. DH believes that most of this is made up....a fairy tale he says.

Then he proceeds to make conclusions about people based on what he perceives to be fiction.

Kind of a logical disconnect there don't you think?
