Didn't look like the cops were doing anything to anybody and that guy looks and sounds deranged.

They should arrest him and take him away. Free speech does not mean you may harass others in a public place.

Probly just another fobbit who's biggest dilemma on a deployment was what chow hall to go to... disgrace to the corps is right. No self respecting Marine would walk out in public looking like that.
