Default US Law Test

This is really interesting!
US Law Test
Below is a link to a 30-question test to see how well you know US Law.

Not exactly grade-school level. Give it a shot, and see how well you do!

Supposedly 96% of all High School Seniors FAILED this test ... AND if that's not bad enough, 50+% of all individuals over 50 did too!! Take the test and be surprised at what we don't know.

Oh well--I missed 3. 90%

Most very easy--some very tricky--especially on the amendments.

There is an ammendment that prohibits the importation of liquor into states in which it is illegal? I never knew that - must be the same one that repealed prohibition I guess. So are there states where liquor is illegal? I couldnt find any.

So I did some researcch

Drive thru daquiri stands are legal in LA
It is illegal in nevada and MO for any jurisdiction to make public intoxication a crime.
AL MS and AR have several dry counties.

It's a good thing they didn't have Ebonics as a choice of the official language or I may have not had a perfect score.
