When you buy new tires that balancing should come with the price for mounting? Seems kind of dumb to let someone walk out of your shop with improperly mounted tires or charging extra for doing it right.

All balancing has came with any tire I've ever purchased but now the front end alignment would be extra if needed.

It's all inclusive where I buy tires and their price is better than WalMart.
Also, free rotation every 5,000 miles as long as the tires last. I got about 80,000 miles out of my last set for the pick up.

When I give tire prices, it includes mount, balance, tax, valve stem, and disposal fee. Alignment is extra.

Your store is the only type I would deal with. I have one in my area and stay with them.. Sears has great tire sales but when they add, mount, balance, valves and disposal fees, really no sale. Stick to your format.

I've learned through the years one sure fire way to piss people off is to give them an estimate and when they come to pay it's significantly higher than the estimate. Use this tactic and you'll have more business than you'll ever know.
