Someone keeps painting one of the local Speed Cameras and leaving a grafitti comment as well, but this is way better !

The very first red light camera in the Bronx (NYC - Stillwell ave) had some dents from bullets being shot at it not long after it was put up a bunch of years ago. I think the dents are still there.

I love it. I've thought it would be great to hit them all with paint ball guns but I don't have one. I also thought it would be funny to wear a mask of the mayor, who is a big proponent of them, and copy his license plate and drive thru all of them one weekend. I'd love to see how that played out.

I still think a strategically aimed laser would do the trick..........

Yes--but the trick is being able to aim the laser inconspicuously while behind the wheel.

Patent pending.

Watch this video of the results of redlight running:

Thankfully, more red light cameras and lots of fines and jail if needed will eventually train drivers to take red lights seriously.

One of the big problems is the ticket doesn't go to the driver it goes to the owner.

That's OK. The owner is responsible for the car.

Its his problem if he lets others operate it dangerously.

We all know your stance. The post was lighthearted humor. Until you showed up.

You could suck the fun out of free pussy and beer.

You probably laugh when you come across the tragic results of a poor STOP sign or other innocent traffic control device being used for target practice.

Not to mention those hell raisers with those horses and buggies. No drivers license, no license plate, no brake lights. Its anarchy out there, children are being trampled and maimed with reckless abandon. Not to mention those innocent traffic control devices, the guilty traffic control devices get what they deserve but the innocent ones and especially the young infant traffic control devicelets are a real travesty.
