Default Financial expert / strategist

I'm looking for someone that can help me create a short, mid, and long term financial / tax / retirement strategy. Someone that is not on commission, not trying to sell me anything. I live in S Florida.

If you want, send me the info via PM.

My planning is done by my daughter ( a financial planner whose located in Atlanta) but today's game is totally different than it was 5 years ago. Most planners will give you a "ride it out" during the ups and downs but if you follow that advice today, all you'll be doing is regurgitating your old bucks. Having he daughter "protecting her interests" I get some extra work on what-if scenarios including a retrospective look at where I might have been if I did something different. I/we predicted the last fall and moved as close to cash equivalents as we could. The result was preventing about 300,000 in what would have been lost if I remained in the med-aggresive fund I was in. Then I opted back in at the bottom and rode the market upward. This drop the same thing - I'm out of the aggressive fund and back to the cash equivalent reserve. I'll sit there until probably after the election. Not making any money but surely not losing.
Today's market is a crap shoot. If I had some money and I was young (30-45) I'd be looking for some land deals (steals) in market areas likely to boom when the economy returns.
