WTF does this have to do with boating? And btw, shouldn't you be worried more about your liberal-ass state's $19B budget deficit than some guy in Florida who defended himself?

Default I think.....

....it belongs here as much as the Waverunner killing does'.
Different circumstances, same defense.
So, some kid gets killed if a waverunner is involved which then allows it on THT?
Yeah, I can see where it might be out of place. I can see that arguement.
However I can also see where the OP is comming from.

I think they're meaning it should be posted in "dockside chat" as opposed to "the boating forum".

What if he has been telling the truth all along? What if he never should have been charged in the first place? What if bail should never have been imposed? If he has been wronged by the state, is it not reasonable for him to hide his assets since the state can no longer be trusted? If a private individual says one thing an a state official says something contrary, who are you going to believe? The state has a track record of lying. How can we believe them?Jethro (still looking for the weapons of mass destruction for which we invaded Iraq)

Beat it to death. Yes the state lies, a lot.

Life has become only point of views and opinions. Carefully watched over by the dogs of protection.

Is it about boating? Does his Bayliner float and Do we really care?

what if , what if ? what if a frog had wings would it still bump its ass when it hopped?......there were a ton of un sanctions and violations reason to invade iraq not just wmd......and now the post went from a bail revocation to why we invade iraq In a boating forum where it is clearly against the rules to post political and non boating related topicsdockside or bilge..........

O come on.
How many posts on THT go into a whole different direction?
Politics, economics, the list can go on forever.
The guy posted his thoughts as to a matter.
What's the big deal?

I dont think so at all.
There are some of us that live smack dab in the middle of the two occurances and do care about it.
To some of us it's very up close and personal.
