Thanks cop. Darwin sure did miss his chance on this one. Visiting a patient in the hospital, going that fast in the rain? Maybe he needs his head checked.

Whenever I read about a moron like this I am just thankful he didn't hurt or kill some innocent person. Throw the book at him.

I have 3 motorcycles and for the life of me I can't figure out why they are even legal to own. It is pretty much illegal to use a crotch rocket for it's intended purpose. And in my state their is no helmet law (Freedom dude!) but you get a ticket for no seatbelt?

How can they give him a ticket without actually catching him in the act, based on a description, they found him, will it stick?....how fast does he go when it's dry?

I can't see the speeding ticket sticking. The arresting officer has no way of proving it.

Yeah I wonder what the other 13 charges were for?

I GA for you to obtain a motorcycle license you have to be an organ donor. Unfortunately most often when death occurs on a motorcycle no organs are salvageable.

I don't know much about motorcyles, but enough about running at high speed in the rain in a race car. I find it pretty hard to believe any motorcycle can be run 193 mph in the rain, much less doing so without wiping out.

Driving that fast is akin to shooting a gun into a crowd of people. How many people did that asshole endanger doing 193 on a highway with other innocent people sharing the road with him? At 193 another driver won't even see him in his rear view, what if that driver decides to change lanes looking back and seeing nothing? What will happen is everyone will die.

Truth is, most of the people riding these bikes are Monster drinking, Xbox playing morons who are too stupid, immature and selfish to realize and/or understand the impact their reclkless/dangerous driving will have on others when their luck runs out.

Hopefully when this asshole crashes, he is the only body in a bag.

I knew a nurse who called them "donorcycles". She disagreed with the earlier
poster and said most of them had haed injuries and were brain dead, but otherwise easy to put on a machine and harvest for weeks!!!

What the speedometer says and what your gps speed is are two very different things. You'll need 200 plus hp on a bike to break 200 mph. Look and see which bikes can come close to that hp stock. What are these two easy mods; turbo, nos?

I seriously doubt he was doing a sustained 190+ miles an hour.

I imagine he opened it up a bit on a straight away with very little traffic.

At 190 he'd be doing at leas 100 mph faster than anyone else on the highway. I can't imagine it'd be very easy to dodge stationary objects at 100 mph.

Also, how do you get a good description of a bike doing 190+?

State police say a trooper clocked Anthony Anderson of Poughkeepsie driving at 193 mph ...

Troopers eventually stopped Anderson in the town of Rosendale.
