Must have been a crazy sight! I just read that on Feb. 5th 2040 a meteor 490 feet wide has a 1 in 600 something chance of smacking into earth! That I think would be a game changer. Bu t the odds arent that bad so we will see what happens.

By the year 2040 the space agencies will be so itching to shoot something that 490 foot meteor won't stand a chance of hitting the outer rings of this planet.

Garrett,
Lets hope so it also said they are working on a solution to it already so we will see. Most of that news I dont listen to but this kind of interests me. I will try to keep informed of it.

Heard on the radio last night that a new rock was discovered 3-weeks ago, should be here Jan 15, 2013 -- 160 meters across and no way to get a rocket together between now and when it arrives. The trajectory puts it on a potential collision with Earth. To appreciate what "potential collision" means, within 16,000 miles of Earth is well within the margin of error for an actual collision with Earth.

As the Mayans predicted 2012 to 2043
is gonna be fun,

They had 10000 years of Astrology observations,
the Vatican call it "Sorcery"!!!
