I wish they would make the same offer to those of us that can't catch.

For what seems like a lifetime, farmers have been paid not to grow things.

No wonder this is the land of opportunity and everyone wants to be here.
It has got to be the only country that there is an incentive to do nothing and you get penalized when you try and provide jobs and get ahead.

If this is the greatest country in the world (Yes, I still believe that) the problem must be the people running it.

What's next, the Mayor to pay the homies not to ride their dirtbikes in the city. Why not?
They wanted to pay the kids to go to school a while back.

I just figured out how to become a million-air. I could find 2000 non fishermen, buy licenses for them, turn the licenses back in 2000 x $500 = $1000000 HUM

I'm very concerned and don't believe anything that the government says. I'm worried that those dummies are going to jack up the cost of a recreational fishing license so they can extract more money from our pockets.

http://bostonglobe.com/business/2012...wEP/story.html

Mailings are going out at random to fishermen who have registered for a 2012 recreational saltwater permit. Five hundred of those letters will include an actual check as an enticement to give up their permit, 700 will receive a hypothetical cash offer, and 700 will be asked how willing they would be to pay an amount other than $10 for their permit. The check amounts differ so officials can gauge the value people put on the right to fish.
