Default Accused triple murder suspect ordered released

I figure I may get hammered on this but read the article.
http://www.sun-sentinel.com/news/bro...,4262985.story
As mentioned in the article you can get a grand jury to indict a ham sandwich so it really makes you wonder how they could justify locking this guy up. More important if the evidence was SO bad it is realistic to assume someone else committed this crime and now stands a good chance of getting away with it.
Thoughts?

Maybe the evidence presented just didn't pass the smell test for the grand jury?

They must have had serious doubts about what the prosecutor's case was, especially since it involved 3 dead bodies, one of which was a baby.

This doesn't mean the guy isn't a scumbag or even that he didn't commit the crime. It just means that the grand jury didn't think there was anything there.

Who knows what happened and who was involved. Baby momma/daddy drama; love triangles, history of assault, previous charges, love triangles, dirt bags....who-the-F-knows what the details of that entire circus are.

I dont disagree with you . My concern now is that if he didn't do it the person who did has a better chance of getting away with it since so much time and effort may have gone to waste. Anyone who lives in Broward County knows that BSO has a reputation for crappy Police work and for getting convictions when the person was not guilty. I dont know if that is the case here. All I know is that the article makes you wonder

I've had first hand experience with Browards incompetence, and that was 40 years ago. I don't think they could find their butt using both hands.
