Default the definition of Irony:

the definition of Irony;

The food stamp program, part of the Department of Agriculture,
is pleased to be distributing the greatest amount of food stamps ever.
Meanwhile, the Park Service, also part of the Department of Agriculture,
asks us to "please do not feed the animals" because the animals may
grow dependent and not learn to take care of themselves ~ ?

You cut food stamps, urban programs without a living wage and it will look like a third world nation. With the constitution written as it is, the US is going to have these growing pains until the races in the US are assimilated, integrated into all areas of the US. THE MELTING POT>. Im guessing its going to take 200/300 years for this to happen but the US as we know it will be a thing of the past.

how does this have anything to do with race? The sheer number of people on food stamps means there are probably more white people on them than black/yellow/etc. The problem is a large percentage of the general population has learned to survive off the handouts of others (blacks and whites). Instead of letting them fend for themselves and learn to provide for themselves we punish those that produce by forcing them to take care of those that wish to produce nothing.

With the open border policy we have and the fact that it is documented that the population growth is made up of minorities (per article posted below). This population shift will take over the majority vote in the US. This majority vote has been historically Democratic. With the increased democratic vote the house, senate and president will be a Democrat. Any cuts in food stamp, urban social programs will not happen. (the well to do will be further taxed) Of course I am using California as my guide to this thought process. Im guessing this is a mute point considering the heallth care, school systems have already been taxed to the breaking point in many states across the US. I dont see anything changing short of integration and assimilation of the masses.

Wise man. Why do you think that every rational thinking person in the state of Cali has already (or is planning to) make an exodus ASAP? It's simply unsustainable. When the virus that is liberal Cali spreads, kiss life as we know it good-bye.

Those who wish to produce nothing should be drug tested before
receiving any aid,not allowed to reproduce until they are a
functional part of siciety and maintain themselves in that way.

I would rather see workers visa's like Saudi Arabia has in place to keep their country from being overrun. The system works.

http://saudi-arabia.travisa.com/TVSV...ID=TA&GLID=AUS

Until our deficit is paid off all worker visa's should fall into a cerctain tax bracket and NO ANCHOR BABIES>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>.

Vote.
As much as I dislike EVERY politician, and believe they ALL lie, the bottom line is out vote the other side.
That's how we got where we are today.

http://newsrace.com/2011/07/30/when-...got-a-problem/

".......Here’s the depressing numbers: Today in America there are nearly twice as many people working for the government (22.5 million) than in all of manufacturing (11.5 million). This is an almost exact reversal of the situation in 1960, when there were 15 million workers in manufacturing and 8.7 million collecting a paycheck from the government.

It gets worse. More Americans work for the government than work in construction, farming, fishing, forestry, manufacturing, mining and utilities combined. We have moved decisively from a nation of makers to a nation of takers. Nearly half of the $2.2 trillion cost of state and local governments is the $1 trillion-a-year tab for pay and benefits of state and local employees. Is it any wonder that so many states and cities cannot pay their bills?......."

And this does not mention the people getting the handouts.

Its moot point, not mute! No one with any English skills will take your argument seriously when they see your inability to grasp the language.

Not that I know of but, if this is an attempt to suggest you or someone you know deserves them I can't disagree. However, way too many people purposefully lay low, down't work much or at all and then claim they need assistance (food stamps, welfare, etc). The point is we're conditioning a population that is not given the occasional handout when in need but learning to live long-term on nothing but the handout.

One of the larger reasons for the support of the existing President and Democrats in general, is poorly informed poeople. Or to be clearer, people do not understand what they are seeing. They do not understand how our economic system works or how the numbers are tallied. Every person can go to the CBO and see for themselves that these politicians are full of crud.

For example, Obama hails the unemployment figures of ~8.5%. Everyone goes ga-ga over the "great" news. Markets respond... People cheer.. You hear things like, "See, his plan IS working"... But when you did a little deeper, you see that the reason the unemployment has dropped is because people have started going past the 99 week unemployment payout. They're still unemployed, just off the government payroll now. Not one peep from anyone who knows what is really going on. This is all a big game to them.

Call me whatever you would like, but just because the amount of people who qualify for unemployment drops, only because they have exhausted their eligibility, that doesn't indicate a rebounding in the work force. The private sector hasn't put on many jobs. How can rational people think this way? Because they're uninformed or just don't care. This is where we find ourselves now. Both parties know it is a sham. It's all a numbers game. Like you posted 240 LTS, they all lie.

They (politicians) are worried about themselves. The ones that try to make a difference don't last long. They are chewed up and spit out by their own party. I have asked this question many times of people, "Why would a person spend MILLIONS of their own money to be elected or re-elected as a senator?" The current pay is about 174,000.00 per year. I may not be the smartest guy around but let's do some math... If I spent 1 million dollars of my own money to earn 174,000 dollars, it would take me almost 6 years to make that money back. That is called a NROI, or negative return of investment. But they are more than willing to spend 10 or even 20 times that amount. Why? To make a difference? That's funny.

I really wish the people in this country would wake up. But I'm afraid the amount of people who depend on the government for their very existence is just too high. Their not going to vote those who "care" about them out of office.

Another example, drivers licenses for illegals. What? Are you friggin kidding me? These people, whether good or bad, are here in my country illegally. Period. I know MANY, legal resident aliens. They did it the right way. What is wrong with the politicians who try to ignore the fact that they are in our country illegally? It's called votes. Or more precisely, voter block. I have nothing against people coming here legally. And I don't care where they are from. Do it the right way though.

Yes I do. And they drive nicer cars than me. They live on the water. And no, I'm not kidding. All it takes today to scam the system is to have no pride and the the willingness to lie and cheat.

The system doesn't care. Believe me, I tried to get them to care. They don't.
