I just got my lg big green egg, and finished building the table for it as well , so I'm excited about this Super Bowl . Thinking of doing some ABT's and maybe wings and/or briskett.

I'm glad you explained that because I wasn't seeing how a six-penis bacon ball fits into a Super Bowl weekend. Thanks!

Ahhh... but you're missing the extra heart-stopping cholestrol that is the hamburger and cheddar cheese upon which the bacon is wrapped!

And wings fit exactly how? You're a turtle racist!!!!

Don't wanna fib... she didn't make THAT one. But she's been working in the Food Service industry all her life and no way in hell I'm lettin' her go. If we ever do part ways, it's cause she catches more fish than I do!!

Try substituting a spicy Italian sausage with a layer of hard mozz cheese in the middle for the hamburger.

Although I applaud your wife on originality I have to remind you that the stadium in Indy is a dome therefore her version is incorrect and should be sent to me (refrigerated) so I can dispose of it properly (before Sunday) to save her embarasment!!!

If you have not cooked on it yet or much I would not try to tackle a briskett. My egg is about 5 years old and cooks 100 times better than it use to. It almost had to cure or something to hold temps good. A good 5 or 6 cookings of wings & burgers should do the job.
