Default Best Color for Under Water Lights

I'm about to purchase LED under water lights to potentially draw-in the fish and squid while fishing overnight. I'd like some insight regarding which color or colors to choose. Also, I'm thinking of using LED lights to light up my cockpit while fishing at night. They certainly draw a lot less current. Any recommendations for the best color to use under the gunnel? I've got a choice of red, white, or blue.

Thanks to all of you all respond!

Red is the best color to prevent your night vision from becoming diminished, followed by green.

If diminished night vision is not a concern, the best color is the color you like the best.

If im not mistaken I believe the green is recomended for fish attraction. Of coures I came across that info after I installed the blue. I like the blue though. Looks good in the cockpit too. I didnt install them in the deck area. Im going for the spreaders next. I got mine from ScarabChris. Costal nightlights is his biz.
