Default Crime Spree

The Expositor Weekender (Brantford Ontario's weekend paper)

Police seek thief

Police are seeking information about a man who tried to buy $400 worth of equipment and gift certificates with a credit card stolen less then an hour earlier from a King George Road chiropractic office.

At about 4:30 p.m. on Dec. 14, a man entered Chiropractic Health Services on King George Road. He sat in the waiting room briefly before he wandered into a kitchen area and lifted a man's wallet from a coat pocket.

At 4:47 p.m., a man tried to use the credit card to buy an X-Box and a $200 gift certificate from Blockbuster Video. When questioned by a clerk, the suspect said the credit card belonged to his father. The purchase was refused and the suspect left.

The suspect, caught on video surveillance, is described as about six feet tall, 25 to 30 years old and slim. He had short brown spiky hair and a long, clean shaven face. At the time, he was wearing a grey goodie over a dark shirt.

Anyone with information on this suspect is asked to call Branford Police at (519) 756-7050 or Crime Stoppers at 750-8477.

Oooohhh................WHAT'S THE WORLD COMING TO???

I'm doing good Chris, gamefully unemployed, but doing good.....thanks for asking.
As far as I'm concerned were getting a real mild winter up here - spring is just around the corner - even the birds seem to be milling around nesting sites now. So it won't be long.

How you doing? Are you all settled in and did you get the patio door in you were hoping for?
This one I don't even want to ask about...........how's the fishing this time of year, you lucky dog you? You've probably got a good handle on where to go for what fish by now.

Nah this is just a little razzing to Bailey Boat's post. Sorry guys but for some reason when I read the "Police Seeking Thief" story I just cracked up - life's a b!tch; then you fall out of the pot and into the fire.
